I had short term rehabilitation convalescent care after hip replacement surgery.(three weeks)The care, kindness and efficiency is exemplary.The Executive Director, Lynne, is hands on and aware of ones personal needs after surgery.The staff were efficient and happy and it radiates throughout the residence.I will happy to recommend The Clairemont.Absolutely top notch.Great chef who meets with the guests and plans meals according to their wishes. Great food.

It is an ideal home for seniors with all the right facilities to make their lives easy. The staff are also very professional. It is exceptionally clean and bright and there are many activities for the residents. It feels like a 5-star hotel more than a seniors home. There are also options for independent living as well as the most advanced level of assisted living. Gramps is very comfortable here.

Nice ambience, caring staff, and excellent activities. We were also able to pay for extra support for my Dad while he lived there, e.g. laundry and housekeeping services. Would definitely recommend Preston Park 1 - it was in our top two assisted living accommodations in Saskatoon.

I have some family staying here. The staff seem friendly, the rooms and building look good. I have never ate there so I can't comment on the food.

Westmount on William has been a fantastic fit for my father. He moved in a few months ago and the staff and other residents have made him feel right at home. The size of room is perfect, meals are prepared 3 times a day and there is always staff on hand to support him as required 24/7. You can't beat the location either! Overall, the staff have gone above and beyond to make my father feel welcome and a contributing member of this great Retirement Residence!

My parents moved to Chartwell Waterford about 2 months ago after living in their home for 50 years. The move was understandably a big transition for them but they have settled in nicely to their new home and are enjoying the benefits of living in such a supportive environment. The communication between management and relatives of the residents has been excellent and I feel that the people working there are genuine in their interest in taking the best care of the residents that live there. The Waterford building, resident suites, and public areas are always kept clean and look well cared for. I am very happy that my parents are there and I know that my parents are happy that they made the move.

My Mom had to leave her home due to a fall. It was very difficult, but she made the decision to sell her home. Upon viewing several retirement complexes, Mom knew immediately that Chateau de Champlain was the place for her.It was welcoming immediately, Jeanette was both knowledgeable and understanding of Mom’s medical needs regarding her eye sight, the building was bright and clean, and the model suite well appointed.As the family, we felt a huge weight off our shoulders because our Mom could live securely at the Chateau, with regular meals, the lifeline button, the activities, and the kind staff.Mom has lived here for 18 months, and she continues to live securely - a major concern for her family. She loves the entertainment, the bus rides, the opportunity to go to Mass, the safe surroundings.We have recommended the Chateau to many people based on Mom’s experience.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and residents seemed well taken care of.

My parents have lived at Château Primrose now for 10 years. The staff is professionally consistent, they are most helpful and great communicators. I live outside the province and always feel very confident in knowing they are safe and and well cared for. Greatly appreciate all they have to offer
